Go-Ferm is a mix of nutrients that give the yeast a boost while the yeast is rehydrated. Go-Ferm is added to the water before the yeast is rehydrated in it. This way the yeast cells are pumped full of nutrient-rich water for a strong fermentation.

Dosage: 3 g per 10 liters of wine must (or 1,25 g per gram of dry yeast). 
Mix it in a glass of 40°C water, then add the yeast. Let sit for 20 minutes and then add the mix to the wine must.
