Sahti Malt is a traditional malt blend containing high quality pilsner malt and variety of special malts to reach its unique flavor and aroma. When doing Sahti blend a special emphasis is given to make sure the amylase activities and FAN levels are high enough for smooth mashing and fermenting operations.
Sahti Malt blend is planned to be used only for Sahti manufacturing.
