Mallas Wheat 2-6 EBC

Vehnämallas. Voidaan lisätä 5% asti useimpiin oluihin parantamaan vaahdon pysyvyyttä, vaikuttamatta silti oluen makuun. Vehnäoluiden perustaksi käytetään aina 70% asti, jolloin se antaa oluelle leipämäistä makua ja sitruksen aromia.

Väri (EBC): 2-6
Ainesosat: Mallastettu VEHNÄ.
Oluttyypit: Bitter, Scotch Ale, White IPA, Vehnäoluet.
Aromi: Sitrus, Leipämäinen.
Käyttömäärä: 5-15% (Bitter, Scotch Ale, White IPA), 50-70% (Vehnäoluet).

Englanninkielinen tuotekuvaus: Head retention and foam stability. Wheat malt can be added at 5% to most Light Beers to increase foam stability without affecting haze or flavour. Used at up to 70% as a base malt for Wheat Beer, it imparts a bready flavour and characteristic citrus notes.
