For clearing wine clouded by pectin.
If the wine goes cloudy or greyish even after adding finings, it might be because of excessive amounts of pectin in the raw materials. These may not have been broken down in the fermentation process. When this residual pectin reacts with fhe fining agents, it can result in a phenomenon where the wine looks as if milk has been poured into it.

In these cases this product comes to the rescue. It contains an enzyme to break down the pectin and finings to clear the cloudiness.
