A British variety with notes of citrus and blackcurrant. It really comes to life with big, late hop additions. Is said to be a bit excentric in it's taste but provides a plesant bitterness.
It's a cross between Golding and a Canadian wild hop variety.

Typical values: Alpha acids (correct alpha value is printed on the label): 5 - 8 %
Cohumulone: 30 - 35 %
Total oils: 0,7 - 1,2 ml / 100 g
Storage stability (alpha acids): Good, 60 - 70 % alpha acids remaining after 6 months at 20ºC
